I was just listening to a podcast and heard a prediction that made me laugh out loud while washing dishes. The guest asked: why is Musk building space technology?
Because in the future, AI may relate to us the way we relate to dinosaurs. So before humans go extinct, Musk's SpaceX plan could send humanity to another planet.
So did the dinosaurs really go extinct? Could they have gone somewhere humans know nothing about and continued their species there?
This is the most interesting idea I have heard lately. What an enormous leap of imagination.
